    Are you experienced in the hospitality industry and ready to take up an administration and management role in the back office of our restaurant?

    The candidate will work together with the restaurant manager and the business owner to drive operational efficiency in Hot Pot Republic and will play an important role in building a tactical structure for the business expansion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the business owner with ad hoc tasks & projects of restaurant operation

    • Perform quality auditing with defined areas, such as inventory control

    • Recruit new employees & onboard

    • Organize staff training & employee engagement activities

    • Work closely with restaurant manager to drive the operational excellence projects, for example: self-ordering system

    • Organize & facilitate the regular events: dumpling workshop, spicy challenges, etc.

    • Conduct researches on demand about for example, IT tools, new suppliers, etc.

    Who we are looking for

    • At least one year of hospitality experience with a solid understanding of the industry

    • You have a structured approach to tasks and also thrive naturally in a dynamic workplace

    • Have “can-do” spirits and impeccable problem solving skills

    • You can navigate and drive a project from A to Z without specific instructions to all steps

    • You are an experienced user of Excel and PowerPoint

    • Fluent in English as it is our company’s language

    • Fluent in Danish will be a big plus
