Assisterende Restaurantchef søges til Restaurant Havfruen – en Fiske- & Skaldyrsbistro
Har du erfaring fra restaurationsbranchen og en passion for mad og gæsteoplevelser af høj kvalitet? Motiveres du af at være en del af et team, hvor der ikke er langt fra tanke til handling, og hvor du i dén grad har indflydelse? Kan du se dig selv i en lederrolle, og er du skarp til at skabe struktur?
Udover at skabe gode oplevelser for vores gæster, er det også rigtig vigtigt for os, at skabe en god arbejdsplads for dig og dine kollegaer. Som Assisterende Restaurantchef skal du være med til det. Det er derfor vigtigt, at du har let til smil og mod på at være med til at gøre Havfruen til et sted, hvor både kollegaer og gæster trives.
Du vil indgå i lederteamet i restauranten, hvor du vil referere direkte til vores Restaurantchef. Sammen er det Jeres ansvar at lede og drive frokost- og aftenservice i den lille, men travle restaurant.
Du vil få en afvekslende hverdag, hvor du dels skal udvikle og motivere medarbejderne i den daglige drift og dels assistere restaurantchefen med at sørge for den administrative del af driften.
Via kurser indenfor mad og vin vil vi meget gerne hjælpe dig så du er bedst muligt klædt på til at varetage opgaverne som Assisterende Restaurantchef. Disse opgaver vil bl.a. være:

Vi åbnede Havfruen i sommeren 2017, og har en ambition om at blive Københavns bedste fiske- & skaldyrsbistro på gæsteanmeldelser. Stilen i restauranten er afslappet, men med god service for øje og ikke mindst med fokus på friske, danske og bæredygtige råvarer.

Udover Restaurant Havfruen driver vi også Restaurant Figaro i Tivoli, som vi åbnede i foråret 2021. Drømmen er at åbne flere restauranter, og i så fald vil det naturligvis åbne muligheder for internt avancement.

Assistant Restaurant Manager for Restaurant Havfruen – a Seafood Bistro
Do you have experience from the restaurant industry and a passion for high-quality food and guest experiences? Are you motivated by being part of a team where it is not far from thought to action, and where you have that much influence? Can you see yourself in a leadership role, and are you keen on creating structure?
In addition to creating good experiences for our guests, it is also really important for us to create a good workplace for you and your colleagues. As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you must be involved in this to a large extent. It is therefore important that you have an easy smile and the courage to help make Havfruen a place where both colleagues and guests thrive.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be part of the management team in the restaurant, where you will report directly to the Restaurant Manager. Together, it is your responsibility to manage and run the lunch and evening service in the small but busy restaurant.
You will have a varied everyday life, where you must partly develop and motivate the employees in the daily operation of the restaurant and partly take care of the administrative part of the operation.
Through courses in food and wine, we would very much like to help you become even better, so that you are best prepared to handle the tasks as Assistant Restaurant Manager. These tasks will, among other things, be:
– Responsibility for running the restaurant when the Restaurant Manager is not present.
– Shift planning in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager.
– Training and development of colleagues.
– To achieve relevant financial goals.
– Constant improvement of the guest experience.
– Ordering products.
Who are we?
We opened Havfruen in the summer of 2017, and have an ambition to become Copenhagen’s best fish & seafood bistro. The style in the restaurant is relaxed, but with good service in mind and not least with a focus on fresh, local and sustainable ingredients.

In addition to Restaurant Havfruen, we also run Restaurant Figaro in Tivoli, which we opened in the spring of 2021. The dream is to open more restaurants, and in that case, it will naturally open up opportunities for internal advancement.
