Restaurant Havfruen i Nyhavn er en fiske- og skaldyrsbistro med fokus på friskfanget bæredygtig fisk og skaldyr fra danske farvande. Vi søger lige nu en Assisterende Restaurantchef.
Stillingen som Assisterende Restaurantchef er for dig, der gerne vil branchen. Du har f.eks. allerede erfaring med servering, og ønsker at nu prøve dig selv af i en lederstilling. Måske har du ambitioner og en drøm om selv at blive Restaurantchef en dag. Det vigtigste er, at du brænder for branchen og for at give gode gæsteoplevelser.
Som Assisterende Restaurantchef vil du indgå i lederteamet i restauranten, hvor du vil referere direkte til vores Restaurantchef. Sammen er det jeres ansvar at lede og drive restauranten igennem frokost- og aftenservice i vores lille, men travle restaurant i Nyhavn.
Det er derfor vigtigt, at du har lyst til at sætte dig godt ind i menuen, så du både kan være med til at give vores gæster den bedst mulige oplevelse, men også at hjælpe dine kollegaer til hele tiden at blive bedre.
Vi forventer, at du har erfaring med servering. Via kurser indenfor mad og vin vil vi meget gerne hjælpe dig til at blive endnu bedre, så du er bedst muligt klædt på til at varetage opgaverne som Assisterende Restaurantchef. Disse opgaver vil bl.a. være:
Der vil løbende være mulighed for at tillægge flere opgaver, efterhånden som du ønsker mere ansvar.
Hvem er vi?
Vi åbnede Havfruen i sommeren 2017, og har en ambition om at blive Københavns bedste fiske- & skaldyrsbistro. Vi brænder for at give gode gæsteoplevelser, og det skal du også gøre.
Nyhavn er en af Københavns travleste destinationer om sommeren. Her kommer både mange turister og mange lokale. Vi ønsker at blive favoritstedet for begge, og det skal du hjælpe os med! Vi brænder for at give gode oplevelser til vores gæster, samtidig med at vi lægger stor vægt på at skabe en god arbejdsplads for vores team.
Udover Restaurant Havfruen driver vi også Restaurant Figaro i Tivoli.

Assistant Restaurant Manager for Restaurant Havfruen – a Seafood Bistro
Restaurant Havfruen in Nyhavn is a seafood bistro with a focus on freshly caught sustainable seafood from Danish waters. We are currently looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager.
The position as Assistant Restaurant Manager is for the candidate who really enjoys working in the restaurant industry. You do already have experience in serving and now it’s time to now try yourself in a leadership position. The most important thing is that you are passionate about the industry and to provide good guest experiences.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be part of the management team in the restaurant, where you will report directly to our Restaurant Manager. Together, it is your responsibility to lead and run the restaurant through lunch and evening service in our small but busy restaurant in Nyhavn.
It is therefore important that you want to familiarize yourself well with the menu, so that you can both help to give our guests the best possible experience, but also to help your colleagues to constantly get better.
We expect you to have experience with serving. Through courses in food and wine we would very much like to help you become even better, so that you are best equipped to handle the tasks as Assistant Restaurant Manager. These tasks will include:
– Responsibility for the operation of the restaurant when the Restaurant Manager is not present.
– Shift planning in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager.
– Training of new colleagues.
– Constant improvement of the guest experience.
It will be possible to assign more tasks on an ongoing basis as you want more responsibility.

Nyhavn is one of Copenhagen’s busiest destinations in the summer. We have many tourists as well as many local guests. We want to be the favorite place for both and you have to help us with that!
