We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line & Prep Cook to join our culinary team for our brand new restaurant at Værnedamsvej! We’re aiming to be the best Middle Eastern bistro in town and need the best people to help us reach this goal. This dual role requires a passionate individual who can manage food preparation duties and execute menu items according to our established recipes and standards during service. Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing and cooking food with high quality standard.
- Responsible for your own Partie.
- Working closely with colleagues in the kitchen and front of house
- Observing safety and HACCP in the kitchen.
- Continuously innovate and strive for the perfect service for the guests.
Job Requirements:
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- High standards for clean and organized workstation
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar position
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in fast-paced environment
