Are you a trained chef and do you have a passion for working with the best ingredients? Do you want to develop in a busy restaurant with talented colleagues and come up with ideas that can end up on the menu?
Who are we?
Cantina is a restaurant inspired by the simple, tasty Italian cuisine. Homemade pasta & pizza, burrata, oysters, truffles and mountains of vegetables dance out of the large open kitchen every lunch and dinner.
Cantina is part of the family that also includes the restaurant Fishmarket.
What we offer
You will work at Cantina in the centre of Copenhagen, where we deal with an uncompromising cuisine. You will be part of a dedicated team of chefs, students and professional pizza bakers and pasta makers, where you will develop your professionalism in collaboration with skilled and specialized chefs. Quality, taste and aesthetics are our focus, and you have the opportunity to influence our menu. The tone in the kitchen is good and respectful. We work according to a rolling shift schedule with an average of 3 full working days per week.
We are looking for
It is a requirement that you are a trained chef – preferably newly qualified – with good experience from a la carte.
Your work is structured and you strive for the best and always ensure that the food is tasty and the aesthetics are top notch. You are the type who cooks with extra love and work well in a team and know how to take responsibility for yourself and your workplace.
