Our new Italian-inspired restaurant, Sazio, will be a fairly small, family-run restaurant where our guests can enjoy a delicious meal in a cozy and welcoming environment. We opened last summer in the meatpacking district, we base our service off of an ideal of having a familiar and neighborly space, and therefore we hope you’ll share our passion of giving our guests a memorable experience.
We are looking for a passionate chef to help us in our new team and create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. The menu consist of a 7-serving sharing menu with an Italian-inspired cuisine, also a á la carte menu. We focus on using good ingredients, make most of our recipes from scratch, choose to buy Italian products and partner up with local producers as often as we can, and we thoroughly enjoy experimenting to come up with the best possible recipes.
Your qualifications:
– You have professional experience as a chef
– You are efficient, level-headed and able to have a good overview in the kitchen
– You thrive as a team player and have a positive attitude
– You are reliable, responsible & respectful
– You want to give our guests an unforgettable experience
– You are passionate about good food (and wine)
