    Søly is a bistro located in Vedbæk, north of Copenhagen. In addition to our bistro, we have established a micro-bakery that has become extremely popular in the area. We sell moist sourdough bread, delicious cinnamon rolls, flavorful cookies, and continuously develop new recipes to surprise and delight our guests.


    We make bread entirely from scratch and using traditional methods. You will become part of a real bakery, where skilled bakers mix, rise, and bake bread every day.

    We are looking for:


    It is crucial to be passionate about the baking profession and to have experience working with sourdough, as you will be part of the daily operation of the bakery. Here, you will contribute to the development of the bakery and our selection of sourdough bread and pastries. Our micro-bakery works closely with the kitchen team, and together with them, you have a crucial role in ensuring that we have happy guests every day.


    You will be responsible for:



    • Baking sourdough bread and sourdough buns

    • Baking cakes

    • Developing new recipes for the bakery and implementing them

    • If you have experience running a bakery, you can also take on managerial responsibilities and become responsible for operations and procurement

    The bakery is open every day of the week, and the schedule will vary from week to week. As a baker with us, the workday starts at 6 AM. We are open to adjusting working hours as needed and ongoing, in case you have preferences/suggestions on how it can better suit you.
