Paté Paté is looking for Supervisor to support our Restaurant Manager in leading a large team of waiters, ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience every time they visit us. Thus, guest experience is your primary focus, but motivating, challenging, and training the staff will also be an important part of your role.

You thrive in service, have a strong passion for food and wine, you know what the guests want, and have a strong touch on what is happening on the Copenhagen restaurant scene.

You have:

Experience from a similar position, working independently and structured

Years of experience with restaurant operations in a larger setting, á la carte and preferably also experience with bars and cocktails

Experience in managing a diverse team of employees and building motivated teams

Experience in training service staff ensuring that all staff develop within the service standards of Paté Paté

Drive and eagerness to try out new ideas and ways of operating

A personality that contributes to a good and positive work environment

A good overview during busy service, stay calm and focused under pressure while keeping your good spirit and positive energy

Working hours: Full-time incl. evenings, weekends & public holidays

Salary: Based on qualifications
