San Marco JUNIOR er en kendt restaurant på Frederiksberg, som trækker rødder fra den tidligere italienske restaurant San Marco, som blev grundlagt af Belisario Zangrando i 1984.
JUNIOR er siden 2017 drevet og ejet af sønnen Marc Zangrando i en ny og mere nynordisk retning, men stadig med nærværende og personlig service som vigtigste mål.
Med et professionelt team af 20 ansatte, som hver især yder fantastisk service, har vi oplevet rekordvækst og popularitet, og er i dag en af Frederiksbergs mest besøgte restauranter med all day dining.
Vi søger en assisterende restaurantchef, da vores nuværende assisterende restaurantchef, som har været en stabil og uundværlig medarbejder gennem flere år, desværre skal flytte på landet.
Vi leder efter en dygtig og engageret tjener, som vil indgå som en del af lederteamet i restauranten. Du vil referere direkte til vores Restaurantchef, som du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med om bl.a. at udvikle vores dygtige medarbejdere, samt at bidrage til et højt serviceniveau, foruden den daglige drift af restauranten, hvor du indgår i vagtplanen.
Dette er en hands-on stilling, hvor du vil være dybt involveret i at værdsætte og motivere vores team til at yde deres bedste.
Du vil have ansvaret for den daglige drift af restauranten på dage, hvor Restaurantchefen ikke er til stede.
Stillingen som assisterende restaurantchef er for dig, der gerne vil branchen. Måske har du ambitioner om selv at blive restaurantchef en dag – uanset hvad, så vil vi meget gerne hjælpe dig med at udvikle dig videre inden for branchen, som vi selv elsker.
Vi søger en person, der har følgende egenskaber;
– års erfaring med serveringsarbejde i restaurationsbranchen.
– erfaring eller ønske om at arbejde med ledelse eller supervision i restaurationsbranchen
– passion for at give gode gæsteoplevelser
– et fagligt højt niveau inden for vin
– evne til at bevare roen i stressede situationer og kan have mange bolde i luften på én gang
– mødestabil og pligtopfyldende, og at du er villig til at træde til, når det brænder på.

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious assistant restaurant manager with a high level of dedication.
San Marco JUNIOR is a renowned restaurant in Frederiksberg which originates from the former Italian restaurant called San Marco that was founded in 1984.
JUNIOR has since 2017 been run by the son, Marc Zangrando, in a renewed and new-northern direction, still with high attention to personal and professional service.
With a professional team consisting of 20 employees, each contributing to sublime service, we have been subject to record-breaking growth and popularity making us one of the most sought-after restaurants in Frederiksberg with all day dining.
We are looking for an assistant restaurant manager, as the present one, who has been a steady and indispensable employee throughout several years has chosen to move to the countryside in order to start a new chapter of his life.
We are looking for a skilled and engaged waiter who will be a part of the organization of the restaurant.
You will refer directly to the restaurant manager with whom you will work closely focusing, among other things, on training and developing the skilled staff members and also contributing to a high level of service.
Furthermore you will take part of the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, when on the schedule.
This is a hands-on position where you will be deeply involved in valuing and motivating the team in order to make them provide their absolute best.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant on days where the restaurant manager is absent.
This position is for you, if you see yourself in this line of business in the long run. You may have ambitions of becoming a restaurant manager. Nonetheless, we would like to help you develop further in this business.
We are looking for a person with following qualities:
– Years of experience in service from restaurants.
– Experience or desire to work with leadership or supervision in the restaurant business.
– A passion for giving great experiences for the guests.
– A high level of knowledge in wines and beverages.
– The ability to remain calm under stressful situations and being able to asses different situations at the same time.
– Punctual and dutiful and being willing to take shift when needed in busy times.
