LOOKING FOR PART TIMER WAITER FOR GRO SPISERI

Would you like to be a part of a small dedicated team in the middle of Denmark’s first rooftop farm Østergro?

Gro Spiseri is a unique place like nothing else in Copenhagen. Located in the middle of the urban farm of Østergro, we welcome our guests at the long table in our greenhouse. We are open all year around and during the high season we operate 6 days a week for dinner as well as operating for breakfast and lunch on the weekends. Using organic and local ingredients we serve our guests a fixed menu curated by our chefs following the seasons. This year we are also looking forward to welcoming even more guests to us when we start up our summer winebar in the garden.

We are lucky to operate in 100% capacity every night in the season (May until October) and on top of that we host a lot of private events, weddings, meetings, photoshoots etc. Therefore we are looking for an experienced part-time waiter.

Over all we are looking for a part timer who:

– has a relevant experience as a waiter

– can communicate fluently in English – both orally and writing. If you know Danish is a big plus but not a must

– has interest in wine and/or is eager to learn about it

– is interested and curious on learning more about urban nature and organic farming as well as seasonal organic food
