We are now looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager

to lead our housekeeping team and ensure that our hotel maintains the highest

standards of cleanliness, comfort, and atmosphere.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Housekeeping Manager, you are responsible for the overall operation of the

housekeeping department. You will lead by example, ensuring that every room

and shared space reflects the calm, aesthetic, and thoughtful environment that

defines Helenekilde Badehotel.

You will play a key role in shaping the guest experience—creating a sense of

home, tranquility, and understated luxury.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team with care and clarity

Plan daily operations, schedules, and staffing to ensure smooth workflows

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in rooms and

common areas

Oversee inventory, purchasing, and use of cleaning products and supplies

Ensure sustainable and mindful practices in line with our values

Collaborate closely with reception and management to support guest needs

Conduct regular quality checks and continuously improve processes

WHO YOU ARE

An experienced leader within housekeeping or hospitality

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and atmosphere

Calm, structured, and solution-focused—even in busy periods

A natural team builder who creates trust and motivation

Committed to sustainability and thoughtful resource use

Fluent in English (Danish is a plus)
