About the role

As our Breakfast Supervisor  you will play a key role in ensuring that every morning service is seamless, high-quality, and aligned with our culinary standards.

You act as a key operational presence in the breakfast kitchen, coordinating the team, supporting daily execution, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service where both guests and employees thrive. With a strong hands-on approach, you lead by example and contribute to a consistent and inspiring breakfast experience.

To bring this vision to life, we are looking for a Breakfast Supervisor who will help define how each day begins at CORI.

You support the kitchen leadership and ensure that every breakfast service reflects the spirit of CORI: fresh, thoughtful, and quietly elegant.

You combine operational structure with a passion for food and create an environment where quality, teamwork, and attention to detail are at the forefront.

From pre-opening preparations to daily operations, you will play an important role in shaping the breakfast experience at CORI.

Your key responsibilities

You will support the daily breakfast kitchen operations and ensure a consistent, efficient, and high-quality service.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising and supporting the breakfast kitchen team


• Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency


• Coordinating and executing morning service operations


• Supporting preparation and service flow


• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards


• Assisting in menu execution and continuous improvement


• Collaborating closely with Front of House and F&B teams


• Supporting training and onboarding of team members


• Contributing to pre-opening setup, structure, and readiness


• Ensuring clear communication and smooth daily operations in the kitchen

You will also contribute to building a culture where quality, collaboration, and pride in craftsmanship define every dish served.

You bring

You are passionate about food, structure, and teamwork, and you enjoy taking responsibility in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You likely bring:

• Experience from a kitchen role, preferably within breakfast or high-volume service


• Ability to coordinate and support a team during service


• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards


• A structured and hands-on approach to daily kitchen operations


• A strong sense of quality, consistency, and attention to detail


• Good communication and collaboration skills


• Ability to perform in a fast-paced morning environment


• Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage
