Breakfast Host

Overview

Helping organise and prepare all breakfast food.

Keeping a fun and relaxed team together and running well.

Keeping in control of food waste.

Dishwashing.

Cleaning down kitchens properly every shift.

Correct labelling of food including allergens.

Helping breakfast manager with food orders.

Keeping buffet topped up and looking good through service.

Required Education & Experience

Work experience in restaurants, hotels are ideal. Not necessary.

Working hours and shifts

0 Hour contract.

Up to the employee to apply for shifts when they are available.

Shifts are typically 06:00 – 12:00 and are available 4-6 times a week in a busy period and 3 times a week in less busy times. Friday-Monday are the main days of work for this position.

Working conditions

• Will be lifting and moving objects up to 20-30kg


• Working with cleaning chemicals


• Working indoors in air conditioned kitchen


• Exposure to loud noises
