We are looking for a chef to join our kitchen team.

Silo is about to step up and set a new gastronomic direction. To help shape this new chapter, we are looking for a strong industry professional.

Your cooking skills and dedication to the craft are essential, but your personal attitude is just as important. We believe great kitchens are built by people who support their team, share knowledge, and inspire the colleagues around them.

And yes — the view from the kitchen might just be the best in Copenhagen. Not a bad place to spend your day.

About Silo

Located in Nordhavn, Restaurant Silo is entering an exciting new phase. Our ambition is to refine our gastronomic direction while staying true to what matters most: flavour, craftsmanship and a dining experience that feels both elevated and welcoming.

We are not limited by a specific cuisine, culture or passing trend. Instead, we aim to cook food that simply tastes great — well-executed, thoughtful comfort food that reflects the quality and diversity of Copenhagen in 2026.
