We are looking for a creative and service-minded Event Host who is passionate about creating memorable experiences and bringing people together. The ideal candidate for this position has experience in hospitality, events, or cultural activities and enjoys working with diverse groups of people.

As an Event Host at Roberta’s Society, you will help plan, set up, and host events that reflect our cultural profile — from live music and communal dinners to workshops and social activities. You will be the face of these events, ensuring smooth execution and engaging with guests to make them feel welcome and included.

In this role, you will work closely with both the events and front-of-house teams, supporting daily operations while also shaping the vibrant atmosphere that defines Roberta’s Society.

Ansvarsområder: 

• Plan, prepare, and host cultural and social events that bring guests and the local community together.


• Act as the main contact person during events, ensuring smooth execution and high guest satisfaction.


• Welcome and engage with guests, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere.


• Support the coordination of communal dinners, live performances, workshops, and partner-led activities.


• Handle event setup and takedown, including technical and practical preparations.


• Collaborate with the events, bar, and reception teams to integrate events into daily operations.


• Gather feedback from guests and share insights to help improve future events.


• Represent Roberta’s Society’s values and culture, acting as an ambassador for the brand.
