Experienced chef for new restaurant in Copenhagen

By end of April 2025, we opened Restaurant Élan. We are getting busy and need a chef with experience from the Mediterranean kitchen, i.e. French, Spanish and Italian food.

You will be part of a professional team with high professional standards – and lots of laughs during the day.

You must make incredibly tasty food, work energetically with structure, take responsibility, be quick and calm during service, and be ready to work most weekends as this is when the most fun happens. Sundays and Mondays are closed.

The working language is English, so proficiency in English is a prerequisite.
