We are seeking an experienced chef who has extensive working expertise from a busy restaurant and can keep calm under pressure.

Who We Are

Having been around for 6 years, we’ve become a go-to spot in Vesterbro. Our kitchen is all about Chinese Sichuan cuisine, giving it a modern spin with fresh stuff from local suppliers. People love our tasty dishes and top-notch service, and we’ve also earned props from big names like Politiken, Berlingske, and Brøsen.

We are a small team with 10+ passionate and professionals from around the world. We roll like a family, and we always have a lot of fun at work!. We are located  in the beautiful center of Vesterbro, Copenhagen.

You Are

• A trained chef with at least 5 years of experience in busy restaurants.


• You love Asian cuisine.


• You have a structured and consistent approach to work.


• You have a strong sense of quality and hold high integrity in your work.


• You have the ambition to future develop a career.


• You are fluent in English!

Main Responsibilities

• Ensuring daily operations including prep, following hygiene plans, inventory management, cooking, plating dishes


• Be an integral part of developing new dishes – we support your creative initiatives!


• Give guidance to kitchen assistants, ensuring quality and hygiene.


• Develop, optimize and use the standard operational procedures.


• Ad hoc tasks in the kitchen.
