Figaro er en fiske- og skaldyrsbistro med fokus på friskfanget bæredygtig fisk og skaldyr fra danske farvande. Bistroen ligger lige midt i Tivoli, og med den centrale placering lige ved siden af Plænen, er sommeren altid travl og fyldt med højt humør. Vi søger derfor lige nu en Floor Manager.

Fuldtidsstillingen er med fast månedsløn og ferieafholdelse mellem Tivolis sæsoner. Stillingen som Floor Manager er for dig, der gerne vil branchen. Måske har du ambitioner om selv at blive restaurantchef en dag – uanset hvad, så vil vi meget gerne hjælpe dig med at nå dine mål.

Som Floor Manager bliver du en del af lederteamet i restauranten, og refererer direkte til vores Restaurantchef, som du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med om bl.a. at udvikle og træne vores dygtige medarbejdere, samt at bidrage til et højt serviceniveau, foruden den daglige drift af bistroen, hvor du indgår i vagtplanen.

Du vil have ansvaret for den daglige drift af bistroen på dage, hvor Restaurantchefen ikke er til stede.

Hvad vi forventer af dig?

• At du har minimum 4 års erfaring med serveringsarbejde fra større restaurant(er).


• At du har en passion for at give gode gæsteoplevelser.


• At du har et smittende godt humør, er imødekommende og nærvæ


• At du med overblik og ro formår at styre en travl restaurant sikkert gennem en travl service.


• At du ser udfordringer som muligheder for at gøre tingene bedre.


• At du kan bevare roen i stressede situationer og kan have mange bolde i luften på én gang.


• At du er mødestabil, pligtopfyldende og en holdspiller.


• At du vil være med til at gøre Figaro til Københavns bedste fiske- og skaldyrsrestaurant.

Full-time Floor Manager for Figaro – Seafood Bistro in Tivoli

Figaro is a seafood bistro with a focus on freshly caught sustainable seafood from Danish waters. The bistro is located right in the middle of Tivoli and with the central location right next to the main stage in Tivoli, we expect to have a busy year ahead. We are therefore currently looking for a Floor Manager.

The full-time position comes with a fixed monthly salary and holidays between Tivoli’s seasons.

The position as Floor Manager is for the candidate who likes to work in the service industry. Maybe you have ambitions to become a restaurant manager one day – in which case we would very much like to help you achieve this.

As a Floor Manager you become part of the management team in the restaurant and refer directly to our Restaurant Manager with whom you will work closely to develop and train our skilled employees, as well as to contribute to a high level of service in addition to the daily operation of the bistro, where you are included in the shift schedule.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bistro on days when the Restaurant Manager is not present.

We and the whole team are passionate about providing good guest experiences, we have a positive approach to things and enjoy working in this industry and we would therefore really like you to do the same.

What do we expect from you?

• That you have a minimum of 4 years experience with serving work from larger restaurant(s).


• That you have a passion for providing good guest experiences.


• That you have an infectious good mood, are welcoming and present.


• That you with overview and calmness can manage a busy restaurant safely through a service.


• That you see challenges as opportunities to make things better.


• That you can stay calm in stressful situations and that you can multitask.
