Grill Bar/Night Kitchen Staff – Sigurd Cph

Part-time weekend position · 20+

We’re looking for someone to join our grill bar team at Sigurd CPH. Fridays and Saturdays, 21:00 to 04:00.

You’ll be working a gas grill and fryer, serving burgers, fries, chicken wings and similar items, as well as prepping sides like mayos and pickles. Pouring beers and the occasional long drink is part of the job too.

The grill bar is connected to the night club, a spot where guests come for a late night bite. The pace gets intense. We need someone who stays cool under pressure, takes pride in the food they put out, and genuinely enjoys talking to people. You’ll be meeting a lot of different guests every night so being warm and welcoming matters as much as being fast. It’s important to have the ability to keep things moving without losing the quality.

It’s a fun place to work with good people around you, the kind of shift that goes fast when you’re in it.

Kitchen experience is a bonus but not a requirement. Both Danish and English speakers are welcome. The right attitude goes a long way.
