Kreativ souschef søges til to restauranter i det centrale København
Garden Restaurant & Vinbar på Gothersgade og Sazio Restaurant & Vinbar på Halmtorvet
Vi søger en fagligt stærk og ambitiøs souschef, der vil have ansvar for den kreative retning og kvaliteten i køkkenet – og samtidig være en aktiv del af driften på begge restauranter.
Stillingen er uden personaleansvar, men med stort fagligt ansvar og reel indflydelse.
Rollen
Du vil primært have din daglige gang på Garden Restaurant & Vinbar, hvor du sammen med køkkenchefen, ejerne & køkkenteamet udvikler retter, justerer menuer og sikrer et stabilt, højt kvalitetsniveau i både smag og præsentation. Det er samtidig meget vigtigt for os at understrege, at vi vægter en god tone, respekt for hinanden og en positiv stemning i køkkenet højt. Vi ønsker en profil, der går forrest fagligt, men som gør det med ordentlighed og respekt for både kollegaer og samarbejdet på tværs af huset.
Derudover vil du bidrage til menu udvikling og kvalitetssikring på Sazio og indgå som en del af kokketeamet dér efter behov.
Du er ikke en skrivebords-souschef men er med i service og til at gå forrest i eksekveringen.

Creative Sous Chef Wanted for Two Restaurants in Central Copenhagen
Garden Restaurant & Vinbar, Gothersgade and Sazio Restaurant & Vinbar, Halmtorvet
We are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious sous chef who will take responsibility for the creative direction and quality in the kitchen – while also being an active part of daily operations at both restaurants.
This position does not include staff management responsibilities, but it carries significant professional responsibility and real influence.
The Role
You will primarily be based at Garden Restaurant & Vinbar, where you will work closely with the head chef, the owners, and the kitchen team to develop dishes, refine menus, and ensure a consistently high level of quality in both flavor and presentation. At the same time, it is very important for us to emphasize that we highly value a good tone, mutual respect, and a positive atmosphere in the kitchen. We are looking for someone who leads professionally by example and does so with integrity and respect for both colleagues and collaboration across the entire restaurant.
In addition, you will contribute to menu development and quality assurance at Sazio and become part of the kitchen team there as needed.
You are not a desk-based sous chef – you are present during service and lead by example in execution.
