Who are we looking for?
We’re on the lookout for a talented and passionate chef to join our team, someone who understands the soul of Italian cooking and is eager to evolve within a high-performing kitchen.
We believe the right candidate will bring:
A strong foundation in Italian cuisine, from classic techniques to regional specialties
Experience with handmade pasta (a definite plus)
A curious mindset and a willingness to learn and contribute creatively
High consistency and attention to detail in both prep and service
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work smoothly with others
A calm, professional attitude under pressure, especially during peak hours
What does a day at Masseria look like?
Each shift begins with thorough prep and a team briefing to align on the day’s goals. The kitchen operates with rhythm and respect, clear communication and mutual support are essential. During service, you’ll work with fresh pasta, fire up antipasti, and plate dishes that require both speed and finesse.
We move fast, but never compromise on quality. Our team thrives on energy, creativity, and a shared commitment to delivering consistently excellent food, every single night. There’s also room to contribute to menu development, test ideas, and refine your techniques alongside skilled colleagues.
