PREP CHEF ROBERTA’S SOCIETY

The new hotel brand, Roberta’s Society, will open in Aarhus in 2025, and Kolpin Hotels is excited to announce the
development of this entirely new brand in Denmark’s second-largest city. It is a high-end, low-key budget-hybrid
concept and a gathering place for various target groups, where art, culture, and activities will take place, creating a
place that people will not just come to stay at.
Roberta’s Society is designed for travelers who want to stay in a lively, cozy, and cool hotel with a strong sense of
community. This new brand targets guests between the ages of 18 and 50, and we aim to accommodate both business
and leisure travelers, as well as students who may stay for a longer period.
Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Roberta’s Society. You can read more

Location: Roberta’s Society – Møllegade 3a, 8000 Aarhus
Employment Type: Part-time
Overview
Helping organise and cook all food across the menu.
Keeping a fun and relaxed team together and running well.
Keeping in control of food waste and recording.
Preparing lunch takeaway salads and sandwiches.
Cooking in large quantities.
Cooling food correctly.
Freezing and storing food correctly.
Dishwashing.
Cleaning down kitchens properly every shift.
Correct labelling of food including allergens.
Making prep lists for next day as well as helping organise food orders with manager.
Required Education & Experience
Work experience in restaurants, hotels or the like.
Working conditions
Will be lifting and moving objects up to 20-30kg
Working with cleaning chemicals
Working indoors in air conditioned kitchen
Exposure to loud noises
