Supervisor for Falernum

Falernum is looking for a strong supervisor to support our Restaurant Manager in leading a small team of waiters, ensuring that our guests have great experiences every time they visit us.

Falernum, located on the border of Frederiksberg and Vesterbro, has for many years been the popular go-to place whether the desire was a glass of really great wine, an afternoon snack, a classic bistro dish or cocktails and drinks.

We cherish our vibrant, and at the same time chilled, atmosphere, value our many regulars and we are now looking for you who thrive in service, have a strong passion for food and wine, know what the guests want, and have a strong touch on what is happening on the Copenhagen restaurant scene.

You have:

Experience from a similar position, working independently and structured

Years of experience with restaurant operations, preferably also experience with bars and cocktails

Experience in building motivated teams

Drive and eagerness to try out new ideas and ways of operating

A personality that contributes to a good and positive work environment

A good overview during busy service, stay calm and focused under pressure while keeping your good spirit and positive energy
